Currently manager of the same club he has been managing for 19 years now 5 years ahead of 3rd placed Graham Turner who spent 14 years as manager at Hereford United. Arsene Wenger took charge of Arsenal in September 1996 and is still at the club after 19 years of not really successful in terms of trophies but has managed to keep up with good performances as he has always managed getting the Arsenal team in the top 4 since he took charge of the club and now makes the Top 10 Longest Serving Managers in English Football.
