2. Lord’s Cricket Ground – 1814
Lords Cricket Ground is generally known as as the “home of cricket” and has the world’s oldest history gallery. The stadium was named after its originator Thomas Lord and is spotted in St John’s Wood, London. Marylebone Cricket Club now claims Lord’s Cricket Ground. It is the home ground of Middlesex County Cricket Club, the England and Wales Cricket Board and the European Cricket Council. It was additionally the home of International Cricket Council until August 2005.
