The French centre-back who plays for Spanish giants Real Madrid last got more of his playing time when Jose Mourinho was still at the Club but the promising and possibly the best defender around his age. Raphael the strong and solid defender gets little playing time just after the defensive partner ship of Sergio Ramos and Pepe was brought back to the field by the previous club manager Ancelotti. The pacy, speedy defender is expected to be off loaded from the club though we shall have to wait and see whether the new club manager Rafael Benitez will give more playing time to the younger talented defender.
